As predicted here, Scotland has now vaccinated a higher percentage of its population than England. After giving England a four week head-start by concentrating on just care homes while England only did some of those, at the same time as doing the slightly less vulnerable in mass centres, to get a head of the EU, Scotland took only two weeks to overtake. NHS Scotland has now vaccinated 22.4% of the population. NHS England has done, maybe, 22.5%.
