John, I’d more surprised if prior to the “emergency” (presumably March) ideas on how to free up personnel had NOT been asked of all and sundry, the fact remains what JF “wanted” didn’t materialise nor did probably dozens of others.
The tone reminds me of a previous JF smear attempt over a kid’s death at QEUH, the conspiracy that never was, so indeed MORE WEASEL THAN FERRET…

There is a number of the staff amongst The Ferret staff, whom I rate highly as good investigative journalists. But, there are others whose ‘principles’ are a bit more fluid and have particular narrow agendas that they are pursuing.
On balance, like Commonweal, I still support them with a fair leaning to the positive side.

I find it strange that some journalists have turned against the SNP example WOS and more recently Grousebeater , weird , they blame SNP they blame NS for the court case against AS , as if SNP or NS have the authority to decide who does and who doesn’t get charged or summoned to court.
