Only tiny 2% of terror referrals are in Scotland because….

The National headlines responsibly and informatively but the SDM (Short for SaDoMasichism?) finds something titillating for its readers. Here’s something informative, to help the vulnerable and anxious elderly (older than me of course): So, quickly, 11 times the population, if Scotland was just as troubled by this as England & Wales, and they’d have 1 782 referrals but they had 8 778, MORE THAN FOUR times as many, 98% of the total. Casual dishonesty about lower violent crime for all and lower taxation for most in Scotland goes uncorrected

However, last night I was taken by the astonishing lies by the two Unionists, Pauline McNeill (Labour), Justice Committee Convenor (Remember that) and Brian Whittle (Con). Professor John Robertson OBA Having just replaced ‘Bonfire Night Disorder’, the Bee Gees soundtrack that was never used, as the headline story, ‘A 100 trucks over the border’, rejected by Johnny Cash, seems also to be of no interest to the newspapers. As often before, a headline in the morning broadcast in BBC Breakfast, by a BBC Scotland reporter catches my eye. Why can only BBC Highland Cops tell us straight that these drug gangs originate in England and are from London, Birmingham and Newcastle? Don’t they care about the reputation of the Union that we’re ‘better suffering together’ in?

Professor John Robertson OBA That’s an Inverness-based police inspector telling us on BBC Highland Cops in S3, E4, that the drugs will be ‘brought to Inverness by organised crime groups who originate predominantly in England, whether it be London, Newcastle, Birmingham, any big city. He missed out Liverpool which featured in Series 1 and 2. No one has ever, ever, in now at least six years since these gangs moved in, said anything like that on BBC Reporting Scotland or Good Mourning Scotland.
