Scotland’s A&E 25% faster in December 2022

In December 2022, NHS England’s Type 1 (full) A&E departments only saw 49.6% of attendances within 4 hours.

In Scotland, the figure was 62.1%, 25.2% better.

  2. Is there not a recently published lords report which found the A&E figures for England’s NHS class 1 were grossly underestimated, only reporting 28,000 when in reality it was around 100,000 which would make their % of target look ridiculous.
