From Healthcare Improvement Scotland, not one NHS hospital inspection has resulted in an ‘unsatisfactory‘ rating.

  1. Waiting for The Herald’s Helen McArdle to dismiss the stats as a
    false comparison .
    She will complain that the Scots are trying to win the debate by using FACTS !
