The National has been making much of the latest predictions from pollsters Electoral Calculus, with a good sample of 10 435 across the UK and roughly 900 in Scotland. I understand why they like the predicted defeats for Governor General Alister Jack and for Leader Douglas Ross but I take even more pleasure in the thought of Andrew Bowie getting dumped.

I know folks in Kincardineshire who would gladly plank Smirky Mc Smirk and you can bet the police would discover something urgent 50 miles away when it happened.
The “man” is utterly despised, and no matter the electoral calculus even in “man and boy Tory” Deeside, they have had more than enough of this pretentious twat than the Royal Navy had to endure.
