The Leader of Plaid Cymru Adam Price and the First Minister Mark Drakeford have unveiled a Co-operation Agreement.
The agreement is a joint policy programme covering 46 areas, ranging from the delivery of free school meals to all primary school pupils; a commitment to take immediate and radical action to address the second homes crisis, to long-term reform of the Senedd.
This is a new form of political working arrangement. The two partners – the Plaid Cymru Senedd Group and the Welsh Government – will work together to jointly develop and oversee the delivery of the policies covered by the agreement over the coming three years.
The Agreement can be seen below (you may need to refresh the page), or click to download and save.
They’ve agreed cooperate on almost 50 policy areas.
How is Scottish Labour tacking?
And the results of the Sarwar Strategy, tacking to the right?
Unable to climb out of 3rd place despite who captains HMS Peppa Pig?
And, the Welsh Labour Strategy?
Drake ford is a recognisable Labour type.
Starwars walks, talks and acts like a Tory.
Labour has a relationship with Plaid and the SDLP.
They have a relationship in Scotland–with the Tories.

It is quite revealing in the Telegraphs headline view of the Welsh Labour – Plaid Cymru agreement. It reads..
“Second home owners in Wales face soaring council tax bills after Labour-Plaid deal”
Oh my heart bleeds for them.. 🙂

My view is this type of working arrangement will help Wales to view Pliad differently and in time help the more difficult independence cause in Wales to prosper. Fingers crossed.!

And, in Scotland DRoss accompanies the FM to a drug rehabilitation project and says that he is not opposed to drug users using safe injecting rooms. Taking him at face value, I have to say, “Well done!” I hope he is more honest than his boss in London. He seems positive, too, on treatment. So, even though SNP/Greens have a majority in any vote, the majority on this issue will be bigger.
Labour, will, probably, maybe, support, or, at least abstain, but, once again they have left themselves on the wrong side of the debate.
Scottish Power is talking about using windpower to produce hydrogen for buses and council vehicles, but Labour wants nuclear energy to be ‘in the mix’.
Their GMB paymasters are seeking to have a fight with GCC.

– The original idea behind hydrogen generation was as an energy store for excess power production, so I really don’t understand Sarwar muddying the issue over nuclear.
