In a dramatic intervention in the House of Commons, the former International Trade Secretary quoted the former First Minister’s attack on Nicola Sturgeon’s Government, telling MPs how Alex Salmond had accused the SNP administration of the “complete breakdown of the necessary barriers, which should exist between government, political party and indeed the prosecution authorities in any country which abides by the rule of law”.

Just when I thought I was immune to their hypocrisy a new strain like Covid seems to evolve from nowhere. It simply reinforces my desire to see the back of these people asap.

Repressing Scotland gave Fox a bit of airtime, as it is doing with anyone with a gripe, or grievance or smear or cheap shot or allegation or really just any passing tramp or Tory who has a bad word to say about Scotland.
No right of reply–no context–no perspective–no alternative point of view.
Their presenters are slavering so much, they could sail their banana boat on it—all the way to the gutter.

Although it’s a very long time since is studied comparative cognitive biology, human evolution tends to take more than a quarter of a century. So I think it is safe for me to point out that our personal politics are a product of the interaction between our personal biology and the social/natural environment.
The right-wing mind simply lacks the necessary brain architecture to cope competently with complexity, and is deficient in its’ capacity for genuine empathy and honesty. Hence right-wing trumpets like Fox, tend to be untrustworthy and incompetent. Though in the interest of fairness, not all those of a right-wing persuasion are total trumpets. Or at least not to the embarrassing degree displayed by Fox.

Jeezo, for a start the UK is not a country, and it’s highly unlikely most of the rWorld either have no idea what Fox is talking about, nor would care if they did!
I’m sure that other actual countries (lol, Brexit narrow nationlist little England knows what international means?) have a few more concerns to be grappling with right now, and are not glued to the gutter press in the UK to see what dirt is being thrown at who and why.
Fox should get a job as a stand up, he’d do well, watch out Janey, competition!

Word clearly went out to Propaganda Central Scottish Branch, Glenn Campbell’s “The Alex Salmond inquiry and the political stink at Holyrood” story being promoted by the BBC has this choice paragraph :-
“If not a judge-led inquiry, the Scottish government needs to find another way of reassuring the public that it is not running the rotten regime Mr Salmond describes”.
For all that ROTTEN, STINK and GLENN CAMPBELL seems an entirely fitting combination, which public is Glenn is referring requiring reassurance, England ?
