Early prisoner release – Re-offending plummets to 5%, one seventh of that in England, due to more prison officers and more police officers to deal with it but BBC Scotland try to scare you with tabloid reporting the day before a by-election

The early release scheme has been prompted by concerns over prison overcrowding and does not include prisoners convicted of sexual offences or domestic abuse.
