BBC Scotland’s Lisa Summers, Health Correspondent, sees all through the lens of Westminster, the usual anal aspect of her analysis, but she is far from alone in projecting that perspective.
In their report for BBC Health, Graeme Ogston of BBC Scotland News and Hugh Pym BBC Health Editor introduce the UK pay offer by the 4th paragraph, the impact on Scottish Governments budget by the 5th, Wes Streeting by the 11th, the “The pay review body” absent the usual nonsense adjective of “independent” by the 12th, and so it goes on.
Were a poll to be conducted in England on whether what Scottish Government have put on the table should be adopted by the UK government, the answer would be a resounding yes, as it would restore some sanity to a NHS system squeezed to breaking point over decades.
There is nothing normal about Westminster or it’s Ministers.

That’s his job. (and his employers job too, as in the same BBC who are a seen as an integral part of Britain, in them being widely regarded as a ‘British’ institution’, welcome to the mad house that is both their, the BBC’s, and also all of their favoured pro UK political parties Britain First).

What people at large seem to struggle with is that what England or the English do is correct while rWorld is in the wrong. That is how little Englanders are educated and brought up to think. It is their colonial upbringing that still persists.
