So, race-based hate crimes are down by almost exactly 1 000 from 2014 to 2020 and judging by the graph above have continued to fall under Humza Yousaf in 2023.

Muslims 2% of the population. It would be hard to find someone to insult. Catholics declare 16%. Protestant declare 32%.
Scotland is secular. Churches have rights above the Law. Employment and equality Law. Losing members faster than a sieve loses water. Empty Churches. The Orange Lodge should be disbanded. Unequal, bigoted, racist and misogynist. They blackball people.

I googled the headline along with “Sunday Post” to figure out what the “New analysis” was which “reveals”, nothing found. Added Currie and Healey to the search, still nothing. Then I looked at the date on the image, 1st October 2023 ?
