So bbc englandshire leads with dire NHS conditions and lack of ambulances.
Bbc Scotland this evening then kicks off with the fire in Perth. Sad for those affected and my thoughts are with them. But second sentence is 21 ambulances and 11? fire engines attended. If NHS is in meltdown from where have these 21 ambulances crew come?
