7 days ago, BBC Scotland and most of the other MSM were loudly trumpeting Scotland’s A&E waiting times worst on record, based on a one-week statistically meaningless variation. This week, performance is up from 63.5% to 66.2% seen in 4 hours despite a third week of increased demand as attendances at A&E departments soared by more than 1 000 in only 3 weeks.
A member of my family recently took seriously ill and we phoned an ambulance for him around 10pm and it didn’t come until 6 in the morning absolutely ridiculous.

STV still going with the same nonsense on the news tonight. They seem to absolutely love that phrase ‘the lowest on record’ – they wallow in it.
