Old Firm match at Celtic Park, saying they put a ‘proportionate plan’ in place. Rangers said it was disappointed with the police’s response.

So, football fans rip up seats and throw bottles at each other? In any normal country, the state broadcaster would first criticise the violent behaviour of the fans and the culture of the clubs but in Scotland where Police Scotland can be used as a proxy for the SNP Government, things are different.
They come at every story that way with barely a pause to think.
Good to see your back on form John.

There’s elections coming in three days, the BritNat unionists need something to
add to their all out SNP very very bad on the front pages so as people will think, ah, maybe that Anas whathisname is right after all, divided we fall, best vote for a London HQ’d party to keep the peace then.
Sigh.
BritNat state is so transparent in their orchestrating so called division and unrest by any which way they can in Scotland, it’s pathetic.

At Ibrox broken bottles on the pitch, and a Celtic official hit with a bottle.
At Parkhead an exchange of bottles and other missiles.
In any other European country, both clubs would face sanctions–fines, no fans or ground closures.
In any other country the behaviour of the fans would be headline news in the media.
In Scotland the “old firm” are treated with kid gloves by the media.
It used to be said that to work for BBC Scotland you had to be Labour and a “Bluenose”.
Nothing much has changed.
