20 times and climbing but Glenn Campbell does his best (worst)

Glenn Campbell on the Marr show this morning telling us about the ‘trend‘ in Scotland but not mentioning the trend because, well that’s 20 polls with a majority for Yes.

Quite a newsworthy trend you’d think? Nope.

52% for Yes in the Times/Panelbase poll he tells us. What bout the No vote? Oh, I suppose it was 48%, so pretty tight? Well, without the Undecided, it was 49/44, a 5% lead.

Back to that trend, how does this one compare? Well, the average over the last ten is 7.1%. Interesting? No? Too much hard work?

  1. I know this isn’t about how polling works… but as independence supports I personally think we should be focusing on the Yes / No / Don’t Know figures…

…because that’s the eye’s on the prize. In many polls we’re above 50% including ‘Don’t Knows’, if we are focused, disciplined, KIND and empathetic then we can win this.
