
From NHS Scotland today:
97.1% of patients started treatment within the 31-day standard [from decision to first treatment], compared with 96.1% in the previous quarter and 94.7% for quarter ending June 2019.
There have of course been fewer cancer referrals since 2019 and the 62 day target, from referral to first treatment, was met by 84.1%.

The Herald front page headline today:
‘Covid-19 blamed for rise in advanced cancer patients’
They seem to be trying to suggest/simply that the NHS is still not functioning at any acceptable level which is far from being the case.
