Reacting quickly to Conservative Party complaints on the 2nd July that:
It’s absolute nonsense that @BBCScotlandNews are still broadcasting live every day a 30 minute Party Political Broadcast by the SNP, with no opportunity for a response by any other Party or contrary views expressed. This has to end.
Baron Foulkes of Cumnock (Labour Con) has accused the BBC of breaking their royal charter by allowing the SNP Government to daily trumpet their success in reducing Covid deaths which of course, like earlier improvements in NHS Scotland, they are doing ‘deliberately‘ again, without right of reply.
A source tells us that Foulkes wants the opposition leaders to be able to sit in the front row at briefings, observing social distancing of course, and challenge the First Minister’s comments. Rumours that they would shout out ‘higher’ when the FM announces infection rates or other figures, cannot be confirmed.

Gowd they really are coming out the woodwork, BritNats be raging the SNP actually are in government, in Scotland. They preferred when it was only they who could be on television, (to lie about the SNP) they must be cursing this damn pandemic.

Many Hearts fans long ago gave up on Foulkes and his unionist warblings. Like you I have no time for the man, but it’s a bit sad you have to bring your dislike of your team’s greatest rivals to this forum. Not so long since they were in the same position Hearts are now.
