1. Well, Westminster is certainly not grabbing it for themselves. They’ve helped themselves to too much of our resources already.

   If Westminster want it, they’ll need to buy it. And not cheaply! Ours is owned publicly.

   England should have built more reservoirs, and not privatised their water.

   However, I’m very afraid that Westminster will make “new rules” (as they do), so they can just “take” our water.
