Nationally, the Standard was met for referrals to community-based services across all substances: drugs (95.3%), alcohol and drugs (92.6%) and alcohol (90.8%).

  1. Rehab 6 months. Recovery 2 years.

    Scottish Gov funding proper rehab facilities £250million over five years. More rehab facilities available. MUP brought alcohol consumption down. Young people are drinking less alcohol.
