Alex Cole Hamilton, Lib Dem leader, currently at home preparing for government, is a regular FOI man. Goodness knows how many thousands he’s wasted digging for dirt on the SNP. Often he doesn’t get what he wants, just adds up enough years to get a big number, forgets to mention an improving trend such as the babies born with drug and alcohol addictions and the MSM operating in Scotland help him out.
Today, it’s the Scotsman:
So, 736 over 95s waited more than 12 hours in A&E in the period January to October 2025, 10 months. In an average 24 hour period, only one or two triaged as safe, over 95 year-olds, waited more than 12 hours in only one or two of Scotland’s 30 full Type 1 emergency departments
Why oh why, such dated data? Is there an improving trend from then he doesn’t want us to see?
95 is a fair age but they too can turn up with something not at all life threatening and based on the above, 736 makes a diminishingly small percentage of the 1.6 million who attend in a year, 0.046%.
Finally, ACH, why not tell us how many over 95’s turned up in A&E in that period so that we can do a wee percentage?

Apparently ACH is calling for “Change” in his campaign.
So yet again he , Cole-Hamilton, is trolling Scotland.
If you don’t believe me , then why not #AskAlex (Ha Ha).
Though you may not get an answer , just ask Emma Walker as she is still waiting for answers to her many Q’s from Alex , hence her campaign in “calling for an independent investigation into protected disclosures/allegations regarding Scottish Liberal Democrat leader Alex Cole-Hamilton”

Perhaps it is Alex who needs to “Change” and so finally address Emma Walker’s various allegations. (same one that much of the media seem to not want to highlight , investigate or give credibility to).
The fact that he, Cole-Hamilton, has not yet addressed her various allegations surely proves that, with the Lib Dems , there will never be any “Change” . (either internally or otherwise).
