  1. The Daily Record campaigning again for Labour ?

Well here is something that I saw online today in respect to the MSM that could possibly give hope to some of us in Scotland.

Sam Bright , Journalist, posted this in regards to Victor Orbán’s defeat in Hungary.

Orbán controlled 80% of the Hungarian media and still lost. That’s one hell of a beating.”

Indeed it was one hell of a beating under those particular circumstances.

So then Scotland, just think, when it comes down to the real will of the people , well that is something that cannot then be so easily manipulated and controlled.

The MSM that we have to tolerate in Scotland is controlled largely by others elsewhere , who are all, as a MSM, in opposition to the SNP and also against Scottish independence, yet just look at the polling that is currently showing the SNP as being in the lead.

  2. Talking of media controlled by others elsewhere.

The front page of The Daily Mail has this headline at top of the page in their (un)Scottish edition:

“How to vote to get the SNP out “

“Inside today, part one of the Mail’s indispensable guide to tactical voting in every constituency”.

    Desperate much ?

    Worried much ?

(Their main headline is also a #SNPBAD piece where they say that apparently last night in the BBC Leader’s debate that “Swinney savaged over NHS waiting times shambles” by audience members – or was it plants – where they quoted the one who said there was a *”two tier system” on healthcare*). – *This quote by that audience member – aka plant- was referenced in another post by TUS today.

So the Daily Mail yet again setting out their stall as an anti SNP newspaper, so then Scotland can you ever really trust and believe any of their front page headlines, especially those ones that are in relation to the SNP, that somehow always end up being #SNPBAD headlines.

Not a coincidence really, but it is , via The Daily Mail, clearly a vendetta by them against the SNP.

I wonder if the the recent English editions of The Daily Mail have had a similar front page headline to try to encourage tactical voting in local elections in England and also in the Welsh Senedd in May?

Or is it just mainly with Scotland’s politics that they, The Daily Mail, pull these kind of stunts and so then sneakily (yet really obviously) try to manipulate and so interfere with our Scottish democracy in any Scottish elections here in Scotland, what with them being an obvious right wing English Nationalist newspaper.

BTW I read online via various accounts that there seemed to be a lot of non supporting SNP (or Green party) audience members at the leaders debate last night.

You should check out online the questions asked on how to apply to be an audience member for Debate Night.

Q’s like what age group you are in, your views on the EU, how would you vote if there were another Scottish independence referendum, how are you most likely to vote in the 2026 Scottish Parliament elections, are you a member of a political party and have you ever held elected office or worked for a political party ?

So then with these kind of questions one would expect some balance in the audience, as in an equal amount of audience members supportive of all parties in Scotland in the various episodes of Debate Night, surely ?

So either the SNP audience members are really very shy (too shy to want to contribute to the debate or as a audience member be one who has been selected to ask the panel a question for debate), or they, as audience members, are in the minority……you decide.

If that is, you could ever bear to watch an episode of Debate Night ( I cannot) …….perhaps their audience matches their panels, where it often seems to be a dominant pro UK panel against an often solitary SNP politician. (where the dominant part of the pro UK panel also includes the host of the programme too , does it not).

The Daily Mail, the BBC and all the other media in the UK deploying the now infamous pro UK cheating tactics, where they attempt to manipulate and control the politics within Scotland.

All of their desperate ploys to try to promote the same old same old propaganda that is ‘anybody but the SNP’………that they , as a UK media, all hope will then deny us any chance of real democracy ever happening here in Scotland.

As when it comes to Scotland they , as a UK media, are always on the side of those UK political parties who try to encourage, support and so then wilfully enable any and all anti-democratic strategies to try to stop Scotland becoming independent. (and so they then also try to stop us voting for the SNP in any and all elections).

Wait a minute though…..the Daily Mail’s tactical voting guide to oust the SNP , would that then even include encouraging us in Scotland to vote for that other English Nationalist (pretend) party , as in Reform UK ? (as they are just like The Daily Mail, who as a supposed media, are also English Nationalists and so then are also regarded as being a pretend media….).

Well the day that The Daily Mail can sway the majority of opinion within Scotland is not a day that we are ever likely to experience as a reality, I am more than confident of that being a fact. (facts of course being something else that is alien to The Daily Mail, that is facts are clearly a deficiency within their fake news…paper, hence why they, as a fake new media, are not on the side of the SNP but instead they support right wing parties instead).

“hence why they, as a fake ‘news’ media, are not on the side of the SNP but instead they support right wing parties instead”.”

Just in case anyone thinks that I regarded them, The Daily Mail, as a “new” media….Ha Ha

Which coincidentally and so then ironically as a faux pas made by me, is then something that Scotland so desperately needs, as in we need a new media here , one that is willing to ‘talk Scotland up’ (more) as opposed to what the current media here are mostly doing now , which is them ‘talking Scotland down’.
