  1. Westminster funds NHS England 200Billion.

    Scotland funds SNHS £13Billion + social care.

    Westminster raises on average £600Billion in revenues. Borrows £200Billion.

    Scotland raises more in revenues but cannot borrow. Scotland pays back loan repayments on monies borrowed but not spent in Scotland.
