I know it has a tiny audience, but Michael Marra of ‘Scottish’ Labour had a rant on BBC Scotland’s Debate Night, of such hysterical dishonesty and fear for the near extinction event they face in May , I feel obliged to respond.
We have the fastest A&E departments, other than that one long waiting list for non life-threatening conditions, wheeled out every time, we have the shortest and falling waiting lists for all procedures, for cancer, heart and mental health treatment. We have target-busting treatment for drug and alcohol abuse, IVE, and for mental health treatment for children and adolescents.
We have the fastest ambulance response times, more doctors, nurses, midwives, GPs and beds.
We have lost not one day to industrial action in our hospitals.
We train twice as many nurses, per head, and we pay them to train.
We have the cleanest hospitals with the lowest current Sepsis rate and had the lowest Covid deaths due to far lower hospital acquired infections.
A similar response could be done for crime and education in Scotland but I’ll save that for their next outburst as their fate – near extinction – looms even closer.

I think you have summed it up perfectly. The SG may need to temporarily expand their mental health facilities for those shell shocked Labour MSPs in May.

Labour liars. Useless. Plain for all to see. The SNHS is valued above none other. Saving lives every day. The Labour low life’s killing people. Illegal wars, financial fraud, tax evasion and Brexit losing £Billion. Misspending public monies.The reason they are in politics to line their own pockets. Scandalous.
The Scottish Gov spends £13Billion a year funding SNHS. A third of entire Block Grant. The under funded Block Grant. Plus social care.
The Westminster Tory unionists under funded the NHS for 10 years+. They were responsible for the cuts. The Scottish Gov has to mitigate the cuts. Labour supports the Westminster Gov policies. They are responsible for the cuts in NHS funding. They are killing people.

I guess I wont hear of it after 7th May either. Still, he can spend more time with his family.
