Why the ‘hospital deaths’ won’t result in criminal charges

If charges are brought and result in prosecution, this would be the first known UK instance of an NHS body facing court over opportunistic waterborne bacterial infections of this nature—unlike the established pattern with Legionella

The Scottish media are frothing now over this kind of thing:

The hospital deaths that could lead to criminal charges – Scotland’s independent public prosecution and death investigation authority is now looking into seven deaths for potential links to the hospital environment at Glasgow’s Queen Elizabeth University Hospital campus. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cx2w1g4ykx8o

  1. Why the Daily Record’s ‘Scotland’s mean streets’ is a dirty big lie

Sure people in Scotland will love the Daily Record ‘talking down Scotland’ ……………over and over again.

Is this their quest to try and stop tourism in Scotland, what with them fabricating and also exaggerating the pro UK message that loves to state that Scotland is S****.

Seems that they , the Daily Record, are pretty much on message with some of the worst right wing agitators both here within the UK and elsewhere in the world, where they who incite both hate and fear love to declare that ‘the streets are not safe in London’, so then politically compromised media like the Daily Record then feel the need to go one step further in that they declare that the whole country of Scotland is not safe……..

However apparently the Daily Record’s (non) solution is for us to elect a Labour devolved government in Scotland as that will somehow reverse this situation (as in the situation that does not exist in the way the Daily Record states it does) .

However let’s not forget that the London Labour Mayor, Sadiq Khan, had for many years failed to eliminate and decrease Knife crime deaths that once were rising in London , that is where we once saw the increasing amount of deaths in London’s “mean streets” due to knife crime.

Then when he, Khan, adopted some of the same policy on knife crime that as had been adopted within Scotland he said:

“I have been clear that knife crime is not something that can be solved by the police or criminal justice system alone… We have learned the lessons from Scotland and elsewhere, where a public health approach has been very effective“.

Of course none of the media have chosen to give credit to the approach adopted within Scotland as being a very effective approach that works to greatly reduce knife crime, apparently that is something else that is not allowed to happen…….together with all of the other UK imposed rules that sees Scotland hindered by a succession of regressive UK governments that are then always backed up by their UK media.

I think it is the Daily Record who are being “mean” in their false summation of what they state is the supposed actual reality that is happening within Scotland with crime being supposedly “Death and destruction on Scotland’s mean streets”.

Of course like many other media within Scotland (and elsewhere within the UK) is that not their job ?…………that is……..always……

    TALKING DOWN SCOTLAND !

(That is , only as long as the SNP are still the Scottish government).

      “that as had”…….Ha Ha

Well that is. either a case of really bad grammar or a case of me being really rubbish at writing a sentence that makes any sense……….take your pick, both are actually applicable though Ha Ha

Mandelson , the once Business Secretary in Gordon Brown’s cabinet and also he was once appointed as the UK ambassador to the US by Keir Starmer, is yet another Labour scandal coming just after the other recent big Labour scandal .

It was reported that “Jeffrey Epstein made $75,000 (£55,000) of payments to accounts connected to Lord Mandelson, bank statements released by the US Department of Justice suggest

Lord Mandelson said he had no record or recollection of receiving the sums and did not know whether the documents were authentic.

The other Labour scandal being when it was reported recently that Jim Murphy’s lobbying firm asked companies for £30,000 to sponsor an event, including a “photo opportunity” with a minister and access to a “VIP dinner” with “top advisers” to Keir Starmer and Rachel Reeves. (Murphy being a former leader of Scottish Labour and also an ex-Labour cabinet minister under Blair and Gordon Brown).

Arden Strategies said in a statement: “Information about an event unfortunately contained very clumsy language by mistake which should never have been used and hadn’t been approved.

“It was stupid to do and we apologise for this mistake. This included mentioning attendees who had not been confirmed. We are sorry for these errors.”

So Labour ministers and their advisors were all oblivious to this arrangement Murphy had set up?

These are the people who assume that they can critique others in politics while knowing that they themselves are far from perfect when it comes to their own suspect behaviour.

Also Labour , both HQ and the branch office in Scotland, constantly cast aspersions upon the SNP as if their own Labour party were above reproach.

Clearly Labour are not above reproach but are mired in various scandals , as a party and via individuals within their party.

Mandelson cannot recollect receiving this alleged money , convenient.

Also a representative of Jim Murphy’s lobbying firm used the weak excuse that it was “clumsy language” , “stupid to do” and that they are “sorry for these errors”, as if that is credible to believe in respect to what was being offered and the amount it would cost.

Follow the money, the quest for power and look at the party that they , as individuals , are linked to.

I thought all of this kind of behaviour was meant to be only associated with the Tory party via them as former various UK governments……..

Seems not, as some things clearly never ever change.

(Seems a very hard lesson that should be learned by all of those within Scotland who voted in 37 Labour MP’s in the 2024 GE, some will learn from their ‘mistake’ and others will seemingly either forget or forgive and so will vote for Labour again. However it seems that same forgetfulness and forgiveness will never be extended to the SNP based upon all of the UK media’s relentless drive to publish and broadcast #SNPBAD news).

The BBC will need to pull out another Scottish Ferry story to try to distract us all from the constant Labour scandals.
