According to the Shameless Ambulance Chasers Party ( formerly known as The Labour Branch Office in Scotland ) ANY death in a Scottish hospital is the direct responsibility of the current Health Secretary ( until , that is , the Shameless Ambulance Chasers Party calls for their resignation , if not their incarceration ).

    The SACP is ably supported by the English import ,Brylcreem Gulhane , a part-time GP but a full time wearer of his NHS lanyard on his every TV appearance .

    If only he made as many appearances at his surgery .
