Five NHS waiting lists where Scotland does better, often far better, here for you, but ‘Record reporter’ uses the one where you can’t compare

The Record is, above, not making any comparison with NHS England in today’s Labour Party election pamphlet. That’s because it is not possible.

More important, it’s also the only one of several waiting lists in which NHS Scotland is doing better that they won’t be telling you about.

Here they are:

Long A&E waits for the over 90’s shocking 36% more common in NHS England than in NHS Scotland

  3. I gave up on the Record when in the 70’s they used screaming Newspaper Headlines that contained terms like “Devil Dogs” – meaning large toothy dogs, “Mercy Men” meaning firemen and “Angels” meaning nurses.

    Since I was now more used to joined up writing, I often found more serious comment in an Embassy Fag Coupon catalogue.
