I understand why you want large numbers of respondents, ostensibly to bolster the poll’s credibility. However the poll is self-selective and open to manipulation. I filled it in. I’m a bloke. My nearest approach to the maternity was while walking to a nearby department.
I suspect the news story was generated by a group with an agenda, but this poll won’t counter that.

I agree, of course but it will, I think, be more reliable than a few inspectors wandering around the unit in only two days, asking only those there at that time, allowing those who want to moan to dominate their report and offering no numbers because of course, they will be tiny and perhaps not reinforce the verbals.
