Sarwar questioned last night on Scotland Tonight by Colin Mackay….and he was asked about Colin Smyth…Sarwar .said “I emphasise this is a ongoing Police investigation, I don’t want to be in any situation to prejudice that Police investigation and that investigation has to run it’s course”

Really ?

Is that his, Sarwar’s position, on not seeking to “prejudice a police investigation” as it, as an “investigation” , “has to run it’s course”…..that is only apparently , if , as an investigation, it involves a Labour politician….however if it involves the SNP then the (Labour) gloves are off…as in no such courtesy or consideration should be given….Got it……as…………

In April 2023 the same Anas Sarwar tweeted this (and included a video of himself also commentating on a “ongoing Police investigation”)……

The tweet by him – “While the SNP is mired in division and scandal, Scottish Labour is relentlessly focused on your priorities”.

And in the video, he, Sarwar, said about a “ongoing Police investigation” this :

“A significant day in Scotland with the arrest of Peter Murrell, who was the Chief executive of the SNP . Of course big questions to answer. The Police must be allowed to do their job. And I think there is also big questions for both Nicola Sturgeon and Humza Yousaf“…..

He also said other things about Labour for Change….as in a really only a change of party , from the Tories, as the new UK government, and not the actual “change” he pretend it was going to be……

So “big questions for both NS and HY”….as if Sarwar was suggesting that they too must be involved or complicit in this….or at least aware….yet the Colin Smyth scandal has supposdley completely “shocked” Anas Sarwar….who as his, Smyth’s, party leader was totally oblivious to, as in completely unaware of who and what Colin Smyth was and is alleged to have been and still be……fill in the blanks….as Sarwar obviously couldn’t deduce , recognise or work out for a very very very long time…………until NOW.

Also jackie Baillie must have missed Sarwar’s Labour memo on not potentially prejudicing a Police investigation and that investigation has to run it’s course” and indeed also a ‘Live’ , still to be had court case , in respect to Peter Murrell….when she tweeted this in December 2023……..

“Extraordinary to see how much has allegedly been wasted on the SNP credit card to keep some people in the manner to which they have become accustomed #OperationBranchform” she then attached a picture of the Sunday Mail’s front page (who also did not get the memo via Sarwar or Labour) as they headlined this:

“SNP fraud Cops probe £95k Jag”….. with a picture of NS and the Jag outside her home…………

Also from Baillie in May 2023 a tweet that stated “The culture of secrecy, spin and cover up by the SNP has been laid bare in recent months. The party scandal is inextricably linked to the gov who have gone to great lengths to evade scrutiny. It’s time for change” .

Sorry the “party scandal“….where she then suggests the SNP have tried to “cover it up” , tried to “avoid scrutiny” …..well how did she , Baillie, avoid any legal or Police accusation of one actively speculating upon a ‘Live’ case that still was to be heard in a Court of Law ?

Also from Baillie in June 2023 this tweet:

“The arrest of Nicola Sturgeon, whilst expected, is still shocking. @HumzaYousaf should suspend her from the party while the investigation is on-going as called for by the SNP’s own MPs and MSPs. The question is whether he is strong enough to do so”

Sorry what ?

“The arrest of Nicola Sturgeon, whilst expected“…..expected ? By whom ? Why?

A prejudiced member of the opposition party, as in the third party at Holyrood, Labour, is the one who infers this was “Expected” so then deserved and justified ?

Search online for Jackie Baillie on the SNP, on Nicola Sturgeon and also on any other SNP politicians and you then hit the Motherlode in a tsunami of articles with her negative critique….aka #SNPBAD

Now do a search online for Jackie Baillie on Colin Smyth….tumbleweed….in fact still when asking this …..as in searching under this as in Baillie and Colin Smyth...you get articles on Jackie Baillie accusing the SNP of this , that and the next thing all #SNPBAD in tone…..(some search engines seem to be just as bad and partisan as Labour….FFS)….one even noted in an article that Baillie stated “the SNP has weakened the NHS”………how did that article come up when I searched “Jackie Baillie on Colin Smyth” ?

Labour hypocrites…..and it seems some search engines too…..is there so little out there online that is true, honest and not compromised in some way by others….

(Apparently some search engines owned by some mega rich peeps….are getting away with paying too little tax….in some countries…by some governments….that then perhaps distorts what they show online…..and also do not show….)
