Police say they’ve helped more than 100 people and seized hundreds of cannabis plants worth more than a quarters of a million

BBC Scotland’s insert in BBC Breakfast this morning had the above short report on what is widely known as ‘cuckooing‘. There’s no mention of there these gangs come from but the words of Assistant Chief Constable Stuart Houston in the Daily Mail are suggestive of the truth:

‘North of the border‘, ‘they travel‘ and ‘are not welcome in Scotland?‘ are strange choices if these gangs are Scottish. We know already that they are ALL from Liverpool, the West Midlands, London and Leeds plus a few from smaller cities, but all in England.
Isn’t strange that the above truth must always be hidden in some media?
The tabloids, for once, do us a service with the truth.

English gangs smuggling drugs to Scotland by TRAIN …
The evidence already reported here:

“Isn’t strange that the above truth must always be hidden in some media”?
That deliberate omission of facts is what helps convince some people that Scotland and our government cannot cope. Which obviously we on here all know is one of the reasons some crucial details are always suppressed by some media when drugs are involved, especially when it is in Scotland.
One wonders why drug gangs that come from elsewhere (England) to Scotland is not covered by BBC Scotland’s ‘Disclosure’, then you realise that they cannot find a way to try and exclude where a lot of these gangs come from and that is most likely a reason why , as a topic, it as yet , has not been covered by them.
I mean it’s not as if ‘Drugs’ was not a something that the BBC in Scotland always promote as being a huge problem in Scotland , but apparently this aspect ‘cuckooing‘ is not worth exploring , that is because it is assumed to then be a potential ‘Get out of jail card’ for the Scottish government i.e. extenuating circumstances, and we all know the BBC wants 100% of the blame to be placed directly at the door of the SNP as the Scottish government as far as drugs in Scotland are concerned.

There is also a well-connected English gang spreading misery and undermining communities all over Scotland working out of premises at Pacific Quay in Glasgow .
They appear to be funded from London and take their orders from shady figures who have connections to dubious characters running scams such as The Daily Heil and other borderline criminal organisations .
Unfortunately the authorities appear to be unable to act against this cartel as they have powerful backers within Government .

But by withholding the true extent of the problem it presents BBC with yet another ideal opportunity to portray it as a uniquely Scottish issue that they can use in the future to discredit the Scot Government. They are not ones to simply give the viewing Scottish public any inclination that our friends in the south would be to blame or contribute to our drug problem.
