So today Sarwar tries to blame the SNP for “pushing voters to Reform UK”.

His statements to the media in Scotland were obviously an attempt to show that Scotland does not and should not support the far right.
I understand why as First Minister of Scotland, John Swinney defended Sarwar against Reform UK’s racist attack, that is absolutely the correct thing to do.
That being said as a note to John Swinney.
Now that we are in the lead up to the 2026 Holyrood election, yes, of course, do your job as First Minister, it’s what you are paid for, but as far as political opponents are concerned:

Normally I never reply to an anonymous or a Labour/Tory troll bot. That said, I have always detested throw away one liners, easy to do and no need for facts to back them up. British Sarwars’ Labour in Scotland really can’t take what they give ( too many truths) which is why, as far as I am concerned, we all need to as Scottish Independence supporters, stand up and be counted, and verbally hit them where it hurts, Independence is not going to happen without all of us being pro-active. TUS has always been about the evidence, facts and figures to debunk the unionist lies, we need more online sites like this or better still a massive cash donation for John to get the message out to the wider population. We all need to do our bit to debunk the Unionists lies.
John Swinney is no “mug”, in actuality it is Sarwar and his British Unionist Labour Party that are taking the Scottish people for mugs!!! Do you remember the 2015 “controls on immigration I’m voting Labour mug”?
When Labour, under Starmer, lunged to the right, their members happily followed.
When Starmer made up policies “on the hoof” and then u turned within days, sometimes hours, refuting it was a u turn saying that they weren’t actually policies, their members happily followed.
As Starmer and his party erroneously back Netanyahu and his genocide in Gaza his party faithful, including Sarwar, happily follow.
When Starmer and his Labour right wing party stopped the winter fuel payment ( which they have now sort of u- turned on), cut disability benefits, started the process of privatising the NHS, gave full support to unstable cancer causing nuclear power, increasing defence spending including more nuclear weapons, putting the UK on a war footing ( who are we going to war with?), fully supporting Brexit, lack of consultation with the Scottish Government, see Scotland as their UK “cash cow” while telling us Scots that we are too stupid and too poor to make our own decisions and therefore will, undemocratically, not be granting Scotland a referendum on Independence, his Labour minions including Sarwar gleefully followed.
Sarwar is Starmer’s servile underling and most certainly not a leader, a mug following a mug!!!
John Swinney is his own person and has shown for at least 39 years in Scottish politics, the fortitude and experience it takes to be a strong leader and First Minister.
You deliberately misrepresented or tried to “Labour spin” my point.
Sarwar with his playground politics, is most definitely not leadership material, he is the “mug”, as is his London boss who follow the Westminster tradition of undermining Scotland and the Scottish people ad nauseam!!!
