FFS Steven, Greens hate soya. It’s being grown in the cleared Amazon forests to feed pigs in China. Do catch up.

Above is the latest lame attempt by the Herald’s third-best cartoonist to squeeze a laugh out of the new ferries. Should you have effall better to do, look and despair at his previous stuff:

It’s a sad state of affairs that the above pub-level banality passes for political satire at the Herald.

To waste more time on his output considered, see: https://talkingupscotlandtwo.com/?s=Camley

On ferries, here’s why his infantile pokes are not so much below the belt as below the average IQ, see:

  1. More sad than funny; more partisan than insightful; more shady than illuminating. This is satire a la Brian Wilson or Boris Johnson. The Herald does itself no favours with this paltry dish of unfunny one-eyed p!sh.

  2. meanwhile Shir Squire Starmer and Kemi Bad Enoch both agree “Britain is broken” and everything is failing (or worse).

As Scotland, we are told, can leave whenever we want and in NOT a colony………..would this not be a good time to exercise our “right to self-determination” and get out of Dodge ?

I’m sure Anas and Findlay and Cole/Dole/Thole/Mole (?) would agree that when things don’t work it’s “Time for a Change”!

I disagree, this is them, The Herald, trolling us (again) and also attempting (badly) to laugh at us, knowing how much we will resent this as clearly an unfunny supposed ‘cartoon’ that will ‘sink rather than swim’ as an attempt at (unfunny ) humour , yet it is not meant to be funny but instead it is yet another attack against the Scottish government (SNP) who they, as a newspaper, oppose.

One would have thought with the many many current failings via the Labour party as the new UK government, that this ‘cartoonist’ would then have far more lucrative material from that , than what has become an obsessive subject with this newspaper, as in that which they have chosen to revisit as a supposed “fiasco” via the SNP i.e. Ferries in Scotland.

Is Ferries in Scotland the biggest story in politics in the whole UK , like ever ?

Why Shurely Msh Moneypenny that ish way too parochial ?

Alas no , as Ferries in Scotland are apparently, as a subject by the media here , seemingly considered to be hugely significant and via this ‘cartoonist’ they are also apparently considered worthy to constantly poke fun at , but with the joke actually being on them the media.

I mean how pathetic that they , the media here, constantly choose to regurgitate this one topic over and over and over and over again, amidst the many many many many other very much actual political topics that have been a complete disaster and considered a failure for their UK, like say Brexit via the Tories and now the Labour party. (but not exclusive to only Brexit being seen as a disaster for UK political parties).

If you try to get cheap laughs at the expense of a political party that your paper is always targeting and obviously opposing, via your front page headlines and your regular columnists articles , then the supposed humour (or lack of) is lost as your supposed various ‘cartoons’ just becomes yet another way for your newspaper to attack that political party that you obviously oppose.

    Simples No ?

If you want real humour best to seek other sources , like say Viz, and not some second rate cartoonist whose so called ‘cartoons’ are dictated by the political direction of the newspaper that publishes them, which for The Herald is one which opposes Scottish independence so obviously opposes the SNP.

FFS someone tell The Herald that cartoons are supposed to be funny, actually forget that just let them, and this so called ‘cartoonist’ keep embarrassing themselves, then we can keep laughing at them and their weak (and failed) attempts at ‘humour’.

(Humour ? but not as we know it Ha Ha or rather with this cartoonist in The Herald it is not Ha Ha with his failed attempts at what are unfunny ‘cartoons’ ).
