I still love the line in one of the Sherlock Holmes’ films, when investigating a case and they have to travel up to ‘Scotland’, dah dah dah… ‘this is the Scottish Police’, and another film, ‘you’re in Scotland now!’
The ‘Scottish’ police are under who’s jurisdiction now though, in 2024.

I reckon that if it was a strong case it would’ve already been forwarded for a decision. Instead after almost 3 years they still need more time apparently.
