I fear Labour in Scotland are going to campaign as if they’re kind of leftist. The media are going to cover the tracks between them and their London HQ and some voters are going to swallow it.
I don’t think I’ve seen words so detached from reality, so ‘down a rabbit hole‘, since I last read Lewis Carroll (1959?).

Just this, from last year:
ANAS Sarwar has been branded a hypocrite after it was revealed his family’s wholesale business still does not pay staff the living wage.
Sarwar relinquished all of his shares in United Wholesale (Scotland) six years ago after criticism of its wage policies, but his wife, mother and children all continue to benefit from the profits of the firm.
Sarwar said in 2017 he had received assurances his family company wanted to transition to a “real living wage” for employees, but one role recently advertised by the firm requires someone to work a minimum of 45 hours per week between Monday and Saturday as a forklift operator with pay of just £10.58 per hour.
This is below the Scottish Living Wage – which is estimated to be £10.90 – and only 16p per hour over the minimum wage.

Westminster government by being corrupt handing out huge contracts that paid millions to their friends and relatives has had a knock on effect , people are copying the corruption and the uncaring selfish attitude towards others has spread so far and wide in the UK that you cant really trust anything , people have stopped going to church because of the abuse uncovered by its ministers to children , its a case of who you know not what you know or can do when looking for a job , the poor the unemployed the disadvantaged are labelled a drain on society its common to hear relatively well off people complaining about the homeless about people getting benefits about those begging or sleeping in sleeping bags in the street and the moaners blame these people who have nothing instead of blaming Westminster that controls it all and could end it tomorrow.Where is the compassion where is the support for those less well off than ourselves.Westminster are going to war on our behalf without our permission spending billions on it and what do we hear from the very same moaners aforementioned ? they are out in force today moaning about Mr Yousaf who has asked Westminster and other governments to ask Israel and Iran to ceasefire they are out in force repeating the same old anti Scottish government anti SNP trope ” he should be getting on with the day job ” , well i say he is getting on with the day job we should all be calling for Iran and Israel to step back from fighting and war we should all be calling for Israel to stop killing unarmed arabs in Palestine.2024 and we are still living like savages killing unarmed people across the world , in every single war the number of unarmed people killed exceeds the number of soldiers killed , thats be ause the military have the benefit of military communications and stay on the move whilst the civilian population are sitting ducks bombed in their beds bombed in hospitals bombed when fleeing to safety.The people Israel is killing are mostly civilians they are prepared to do this to get to the Hammas fighters they are after .

Labour will not”pledge ” to abolish the Two-child Welfare Cap , Sarwar will not apply the Living Wage to his own workers …but the Rich are safe under their rue .

I do not think Labour in Scotland are going to campaign at all, never mind as if they are ‘leftist’. They are going to say nothing about any policies and continue to oppose anything proposed by the Scottish Government.
Labour at Holyrood supported the Gender Recognition Act and the Act against stirring up of hatred. When both had the hounds of hell released on them by the media, Labour in Scotland remained silent, and, of course, the Scottish media have not asked them any questions.
I have a feeling that the attacks on Angela Rayner might have originated from within the Labour Party because she is probably ‘on the left’ and that her commitment to workers’ rights is sincere. So, if there’s no Angela Rayner Labour can produce an anodyne workers’ rights Act which suits businesses.

Remember what happened with Blair’s New Deal? “Welfare to Welfare” young people just disappeared from the system altogether…….it was a failure then and will be a failure now……blue Labour simply do not understand or care about “young people” only headlines in their propaganda media outlets!!!

The SNP have better policies than Labour, especially in Scotland. Why vote for chancers when there is a better party to give the vote. Labour wants to take £Billions out of Scotland to be wasted by Westminster. Illegal wars, tax evasion, Trident, Brexit, funding Westminster poor bad policies.
Why would anyone vote for that. Better to vote to end wars and Trident. Westminster US poodle. Killing and maiming millions of people. Ruining the world economy.
