Our ambulances are far faster than in England and getting even faster? Can’t we do something about that?

In just one year, NHS Ayrshire & Arran’s ambulances have reduced their average response times by a potentially life-saving 2 minutes, by 17%, from just over 12 minutes to just under 10 minutes.
In England:
Average response times of more than 38 minutes for category two emergency calls such as heart attacks and strokes – above the target time of 18 minutes

Talking-up Scotland 
Ah but, this PROVES WE’RE BETTER TOGETHER. The UK Government knows that Jocks are not good at running things so it invests more money in Scotland. Jocks are older and less healthy than English people so the latter can afford to wait longer.

You need to take some lessons in how the Scottish ‘budget’ /BLOCK GRANT, works and also read up on the Barnett formula. Then come back to us without the tosh in your comment. The English Government takes Scotland’s massive resources and revenues, (£trillions worth of oil over decades) sends a few crumbs back and, when they cut £’s to the EngNHS, they also cut £’s to the Scottish NHS, it’s called Barnett consequentials.
The Scottish NHS is performing much better than England’s because the SCOTTISH government are managing it well, nothing to do with your idiotic claim about ‘Uk Gov investing more money in Scotland’, utter rubbish!
The Scottish government are managing services etc much better against huge odds and within the EngGovs’ fiscal restrictions, in fact it’s a miracle, given that Scotland is banned by the EngGov, from borrowing even a penny. How many countries are not allowed to borrow, by the country next door.
Oh and your ‘Jocks are older and less healthy’, heh? That makes no sense whatsoever.
