I’ve no idea what or when Whitsun is either – but, completely off topic, can tell you what the Whitsundays are. They’re a group of 74 tropical islands off the coast of Queensland, in the Great Barrier Reef – on which there is a range of resorts, from expensive high-end to cheap backpacker.
Perhaps some Tory investor is rubbing his/her hands together at the prospect of ripping more money out of Scotland and buying one of them – and really meant to call the field his ‘Whitsunday Prospect’

So to add this to what is a growing amount of corrections and clarifications via the BBC where they have made ‘mistakes’ …….which amazingly are ‘mistakes’ that are made that only DAMAGE the SNP……. as opposed to mistakes being made by them, the BBC here, that benefits the SNP…..here is the latest in their growing list of BBC Clarifications and Corrections which they categorise as a lack of ‘clarity mistake’……this time via BBC Reporting Scotland.

So yet again without someone NOTICING this and thus challenging it would this example of supposed NON ‘clarity’ by the BBC Reporting Scotland team have then just stood and thus never been recognised or addressed by them as a ‘mistake’……you know there is such a thing as a DELIBERATE mistake…..and I suspect THAT is what we are seeing happening via the BBC here AGAINST the SNP….

This is neither a ‘Clarification nor Correction’, it’s deliberate obfuscation, presumably trying to rescue their (Mis)’Reporting Scotland’ flagship – Read the statement again and see if it conveys with clarity that BBC Scotland told the same blatant lie across multiple programmes, that Matheson’s kids watched the footie ‘on the government issued device’….
It doesn’t.

However you know what is REALLY galling….is that it has been reported (and there is a video too) on an individual who approached , in a very very calm way and too in a very eloquent manner, Sir Keir Starmer on a train going to Glasgow , with some uncomfortable truths and facts (for Starmer to hear) on the deaths that are still happening in Gaza ,that include both Palestinian women and children, by Israel…..against what is Sir Keir Starmer’s reluctance to DEMAND a ceasefire in Gaza……for that individual ,who was very much NON confrontational and NON aggressive, to then be pushed back and away by Starmer’s burly minders….
What is galling ?
Well apart from the fact that Starmer said NOWT in response….
But also what galls me was in remembering how Humza Yousaf was ‘shouted down’ (heckled) by a protestor at the SNP Independence convention and where he, Yousaf, took the decision to then personally approach the lady to both hear her concerns and thus listen to them…….as opposed to BURLY minders ushering her out of the conference which is , as an approach, one that is preferred by other parties in the UK…..however one JK Rowling described the incident as Yousaf ” ignoring ‘personal space and physical boundaries’ by “touching the female heckler”…..oh really…so where was the “personal space” and “physical boundaries” being respected by Starmer’s MINDERS on the train when they “touched” (pushed away) this person with legitimate points to make on a matter Starmer does NOT want to address……after all from the calm tone of voice via the person raising the points that he made to Starmer it was clear that his, the individual’s, demeanour was not that of someone being aggressive or overly confrontational…..but instead he was someone who knew that this was probably his ONLY opportunity to have ANY direct contact with Starmer……as Starmer like the Tories prefer CLOSED meetings when they come to Scotland to preach as opposed to OPEN sessions…..and thus him, Starmer, actually hearing REAL people’s concerns in Scotland as opposed to his, Starmer’s, edited and selective versions of what we in Scotland supposedly NEED and WANT (NOT) is the modus operandi of how he and his party prefer to (and others) operate….as in NO close contact with the public as politicians or it seems NO response by them either to legitimate concerns made to them as a politician by a concerned member of the public in HIS, Starmer’s, UK…….especially if tis one with a SCOTTISH accent….
Now the woman I referred to in the SNP Independence Convention was right to be very angry about what happened to her and to other women also and thus was right in wanting an inquiry…..but why she thought that event was the most opportune moment to convey her anger and demand an inquiry was indeed very questionable…..as the many deaths, negligence and ‘mistakes’ reported via the English NHS via various English NHS Trusts (to include deaths of infants) is one that is never connected directly to a UK PM being responsible or highlighted as one that the Tory government are culpable for…..instead they are confined , as blame, to be only the fault of the respective NHS Trusts in England……
Anyhoo back to Starmer…….
In summation …..Starmer cannot hide his bias that favours Israel over Palestine and he also cannot hide that HIS party also favours only ONE country in the UK over all others…..based on what he and his party currently support and intend to implement if they succeed in becoming the next UK government…. thus no amount of infrequent ‘visits’ to Scotland will obscure THAT fact or his reluctance to hear and respond to REAL concerns from REAL people…..indeed the fact that New New Labour sing from the same Hymn sheet as the Tory party in order for them to gain power in their UK….that is in them, New New Labour, adopting the same policies and using the same divisive rhetoric as the Tory party and one that is favoured by Brexiteer English Nationalists exposes their party’s subservience to ONLY deliver what SOME within England want (but not all English people want BTW) ……but that then begs the Q what then , via New New Labour governing within the UK, is in it for us in Scotland….my guess is Jack S*it (Rhymes with PIT)…………as in a rinse and repeat of what we have endured under the Tory UK government…..as it seems Starmer wants his premiership to be just an EXTENSION of what we have suffered under Sunak and too other TORY PM’s since 2010…oh and before then also if one takes his praise of Thatcher into account also…LOL

1. Clarity at all times in reporting unless in Scotland .
2. Neutrality at all times unless reporting on the SNP .
3. Timely retractions/corrections to misleading Scottish stories – preferably within the half-life of Uranium -235 ( 704 million years )
