105 police investigations of negligence in one English hospital and none at all in Scotland

Again, thanks to Dorothy for alerting me to this:

While, I’m sure the BMA Scotland and the BBC would love to just conclude ‘Police Scotland are investigating 10 cases..’ using that fine grasp of sums and zero grasp of statistics they regularly reveal, how many cases in Scotland can I actually find?

Zero, zilch, diddly.

No one is reporting this.

Of course, I may be missing one. Do tell if I have but searches of Police scotland medical negligence cases just gets my Lucy Letby and Sussex!

Wait! Those Glasgow hospital baby deaths, surely. Well Police Scotland did launch an investigation in September 2021 with no news since, so like Nicola’s £600 000 cash in the knicker-drawer, they’ve got nothing.

  1. BMA Scotland pure bealin – ‘if 105 cases of negligence can be found at a single hospital in England it STANDS TO REASON there must be hunners o cases in Scotland. What the hell do we pay Police Scotland for??? Of course, we must point out that NO cases of negligence are due to the conduct of Scottish BMA members. They are all caused by thon ESSEMPEE Health Minister.’

  2. NHSGGC have literally been named as suspect in homicide cases. Not negligence. Please stop spreading lies about what has happened in the QEUH as you don’t know the facts.
