BBC promoting Labour though still the third party in Scotland

From BBC Scotland today:

Three patients who had a colonoscopy died after a doctor failed to carry out appropriate follow-up care, NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde has revealed.

They were among six patients harmed between 2020 and 2022 when they did not receive suitable care following the procedure.

The male consultant responsible was suspended but resigned before disciplinary proceedings started.

The health board has apologised and contacted all affected patients.

but then concluded with:

Scottish Labour health spokeswoman Jackie Baillie said: “This is deeply concerning and it is shocking to think that there have been colonoscopy patients in Glasgow missing out on vital follow-up care.

“I am also angry that it has taken three years for anything to come to light on this issue. The lack of transparency is unacceptable.”

Why is an opposition politician platformed and why, if they are, is it not the Shadow Health Secretary Sandesh Gulhane? A recognition that BBC’s future interests now lie with Labour?

In a much longer report in October 2022 from BBC Norfolk: Patients near Norwich hospital died after ambulance delays, there’s not a word from Labour: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-norfolk-63148772

A month later, from BBC Health: Patients dying as ambulances face crippling delays in England, again not a word from Labour: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-63743383

Gulhane must have noticed he’s getting fewer calls from Pacific Quay.

  1. BBC the Labour Mafia. No open Independence supporters gets a job. Funded and controlled by UK Gov. News propaganda. Viewers in decline, especially in Scotland.
Without a free and fair press there is no Democracy. UK Press owned by tax evading non Doms. Leveson recommendations not implemented. Murdoch criminals. Westminster toxic press relationship. Foreign Press.
