The Scottish Government is not being investigated by UK officials over concerns it has been spending public money on matters not within its remit.
A Scottish Labour peer told Parliament that officials in the Treasury and the Office of the Advocate General of Scotland were to look into cash spent working on Scottish independence – an area reserved to Westminster.
However, it is understood this is not the case.
A spokesperson for the UK Government said: “It is up to the Scottish Government how it spends its record block grant in devolved areas.“

Scotland doesn’t ‘spend’ anything on Trident weapons, Scotland is forced by the English government to pay for Trident and for other military costs. Scotland has no choice and no say on matters of crucial importance even when it directly affects the people of Scotland or puts them in great danger.

The continual involvement of people like Ffoulkes and other Labour bibulous persons, indicates the Better Together relationship with the Tories has continued.
The sense of entitlement amongst Scottish Labour is still there. From their perspective, they have not lost seats because people saw that they were not delivering the goods, were complacent and smug, it was because these basturt voters urn deludin themselves!

That might be what England says but we in Scotland don’t just dance to their tune and do whatever they say , don’t they know that by now ? they can tell us England have made a law saying only England can decide when Scotland can have a vote on leaving the United Kingdom they can tell us only England can decide what and when Scotland can spend on Scottish independence , but I have news for them , we in Scotland do not take orders from England , that is also a reserved matter , reserved to the Scottish people.

The lies and propaganda works on the gullible, and those who just simply hate the SNP, having just picked up their meds at no charge, or having just had some excellent treatment at a SNHS hospital, that they may not have been able to have at all, had they lived in Tory/Labour England.
