Partygate: How only the SNP had the guts and the will to reflect the anger of the people

Allan Dorans was the only SNP MP on the committee. The above requires no further comment.

  1. Westminster is corrupt and that means those within it are corrupt , when a group of people benefit from corruption they have sold their soul to the devil there is no return the evidence against them is complete either showing what they have gained from the corruption or what they knew of the corruption when they knowingly decided to do nothing and say nothing about the corruption.
All yes all the MPs in that place are guilty their livelihood depends on it their aggrandisement within society depends on it so they take of the poison chalice and become part of the corruption I am sure that in their own minds they blame others who take more or they blame “the system “ or say I am but one person how can I do anything about the corruption .

  2. Allan Dorans knew that would never fly, but good that he got it on record – Had expulsion been the recommendation, it would likely NOT have achieved a majority vote in the HoC, and could even have been defeated.
As it was, the Tories on the Committee made sure they would get majority support BEFORE the recommendation was made, the rest is political theatre.
