BBC Scotland and the Scottish media do not want measures which would reduce drug deaths. They want people to continue dying in large numbers.
Since ‘journalists’ are getting laid off in many news outlets, BBC Scotland could just have an AI report ready, which just imports the most recent date and figures and publishes it on the website automatically. The headline would remain : “Scotland still worst in Europe for drugs deaths”.
