Rest centres for people without power or whose homes were flooded like this one in Brechin have been mostly stood down.

To my knowledge, 1 house in Fife and 2 in Brechin, were flooded.

Ah but I know one that was flooded so the SNP has not done the right thing and its not that they don’t have money cause westmonster have given us plenty and they are wasting it on Indy2 me being sarky.
