The Standard was met for referrals starting treatment for problematic use of drugs (91.5%) and for co-dependency (92.5%), but narrowly missed for alcohol (89.7%).

  1. An increase in drug/alcohol rehab places. Intended to increase 300%. £250million being invested over 5 years. Everyone should have a chance of a rehab place who needs it. Cut the cost of NHS/healthcare and early death.
