Readers may remember the blanket coverage of the GMB bin collectors in 2021 as Cop26 loomed. Anas Sarwar was on TV ad nauseam, posing with refuse and blaming both the SNP Council and the SNP Government for Glasgow refuse not being collected.
BBC Scotland went in pursuit of the piles but, notably, only found this image:

I should take photos really, the rubbish and graffiti recently in our (affluent) part of town is shocking. A homeless man set up camp near us, he hasn’t been helped he’s just been moved onto another street. The locals in some posh streets have a campaign against having to have big street bins rather than gull proof bags for each household, (they use the big bins in our street!) It could work in their favour having BritNats in charge, can’t risk losing car spaces for the SUV’s. Expect more disgraceful planning applications to be given the go ahead.

I was thinking of the ‘turd’ building the Labour council allowed to be built in the centre of the city. It’s an abomination but I guess sticks two fingers up at Scotland, as it’s not far from the Scottish parliament.

Is it not funny how two millionaires run the Labour party , Yeah Red Torys telling us how wonderful their great precious Union is. In all fairness it probably is if your a millionaire. The Union is shit for the rest of us.

Here is a forecast for you John, you might not see Anas standing beside a pile of rubbish, but you will see him on the picket lines complaining that the Scottish government wont pay these binmen “what they are worth”.
