Aye, this is where, unfortunately for the public, propaganda prevails, it’s not about the outcome but the optics, and thus far in England myopia is rife.
Dr Farah Jameel’s “release GPs from “filling out paperwork” and chasing “unnecessary” and often “undeliverable” targets” is far removed the health system in Scotland – Unlike England, Scotland’s NHS was not deliberately designed to fail.
