Though we have known since the MHA survey on 3rd of June that care home agency staff were the likely cause of outbreaks, neither government has until this month even hinted at that possibility.

In the first wave, the movement between care homes of staff who were unwitting carriers was one cause of the virus being introduced to these settings. No Scottish Government figure, to my knowledge has repeated this or ever blamed staff.
There will be a ‘shifting of the blame’ but it will be from the Scottish Government based on lies over hospital discharges effects, in places like the Herald and, once the Crown Prosecution service get their teeth into it, onto the care home owners.

They know that to have a compliant ready army, it would not do to have loyal to Scotland people when they want to enact their coup, trouble is, now that DRoss has been a massive fail, who will they get to lead it! My comprehension is doing strange things, I don’t get the last para, ‘from the Scottish Government’? Would blame not be directed at the Scottish government, by the Herod and such right wing nasty rags?
