Thanks again to Clydebuilt for this feed’
On BBC Radio 4 at 6:10 PM:
‘Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab told the daily press conference that 16 millions items of PPE had been delivered over the Bank Holiday weekend and said there was a specific focus on getting equipment to care homes in England [emphasis]….While in Scotland, concerns have been raised about the ability of care-workers to get protective equipment after four of the largest manufacturers of equipment for PPE in the UK said that they’re prioritising deliveries to England where the need is greatest.’
It doesn’t take much to join up these dots as an embattled Westminster regime resorts to bullying in a desperate attempt to claim that it has done its best to deal with the tsunami of death they suspect is coming in English care homes.
I didn’t see Reporting Scotland or STV News. Did they cover any of this?

What do you think! .

Eh, they did a special on it?

Dominic Raab is too stupid to realise what Scots will feel about this. Or he just doesn’t think the Scots count. Nothing new there.

Dominic Raab was previously in favour of NHS privatisation–a stance he now laughingly denies —even though he SIGNED a document to that effect.
The “Scottish” media? Now colonial in outlook.
We should not look to them for succour.
We will not see a proper press, tv or radio until some years after independence.

If those were his words then his grammar is as bad as his attitude. Using the superlative instead of the comparative adjective to compare the needs of two countries. So much for a Cambridge education. Seems it doesn’t stop you being an arse either.

The second part of the quote, which had the superlative, was from Radio 4 reporting what the PPE manufacturers had said not D-Raab.

Main BBC news mentioned that the PPE was said to be being directed from Scotland to England by their producers.
Absolutely nothing was mentioned by either Reporting Scotland or STV on their 6/7 o’clock news programmes.
Their own country is being denied vital PPE by the four main producers/suppliers, but it is not good enough to be reported by our main television broadcasters in Scotland.
Shame shame SHAME, do not forget.

We need to have an off record talk with some people in Bruxelles and get in on their joint procurement.
NS is missing an open goal.
Still not sure why.

This is out fault as we are too weak to take independence. We are just a colony of England so of course they will take priority.

All I can say is I hope he doesn’t need help from the NHS. The Westminster are a shower of no users. Boris was bloody luck the NHS was there to help him.
