From Public Health Scotland today: The Scottish Government set a Standard that 90% of people referred for help with problematic drug or alcohol use will wait no longer than three weeks for specialist treatment that supports their recovery. BBC Scotland is making much of a one-year fluctuation in road death figures which is not statistically significant and which does not contradict the clear evidence of a longer term steady and dramatic falling trend.
