Who owns Lord Ashcroft Polls:
Michael Anthony Ashcroft, Baron Ashcroft, KCMG, PC (born 4 March 1946)[1] is a British-Belizean businessman, pollster and politician. He is a former deputy chairman of the Conservative Party. Ashcroft founded Michael A. Ashcroft Associates in 1972[2][3] and was the 132nd richest person in the UK, as ranked by the Sunday Times Rich List 2021, with an estimated fortune of £1.257 billion.[4]
Developing from work he did for the Conservative Party in his Deputy chairman role, since 2010.[55] Lord Ashcroft has been a major independent public pollster of British political opinion. This has included polling at constituency level, which is rare in British psephology.[56][57] Lord Ashcroft Polls’ results are freely available online[58] and are frequently discussed in various media outlets.[59]

Probably not a natural SNP supporter?
Note, also Greens on 11%!
You might remember that adjusting the sample in 2026 to make it look just like the 2014 result has been blamed, justifiably, for polls understating SNP and Yes support.
Ashcroft, inexplicably and with no mention of it in the full report, still does this, but less so. Instead of the common 55 No to 45 Yes ratio, he uses a 9 to 7.3 ratio, better reflecting the current electorate but still, I’d argue, skewing the results against the SNP.

I’m afraid I was baffled by the idea of rating my voting intention on a scale of 0 – 100. Are there people who think, “Well I’m 40% going to vote SNP but maybe 10% Green and 50% don’t know”.
I see he still had ALBA in contention too.
