500,000 pupils at private schools in England
25,000 pupils at private schools Scotland. Half as much pro rata.
Unfair comparison.
Scotland resources and revenues being wasted by Westminster Gov.

South Korea does well in Pisa tests. Selective education. Most pupils leave school by 16. Hot housing children. Studying day & night. Private tutors. The children are worn out. Large numbers have left school.
Not comparable. Not comparing like with like.
Many countries do not have enough university and further education. Scotland has life long learning. The most universities in the world, pro rata. 15 and colleges. 5.4 million pop.
