  2. The Tories cut NHS funding for ten years.

    The Scottish Gov has to mitigate the cut. £13Billion funds the SNHS. Plus social care. Less costly. The biggest spend in Scotland. 1/3 of the underfunded Block Grant. Westminster is to blame for the necessary NHS funding. Unionist Health Boards do not support SNP policies.
